Gene Mock ~ Making it Easy!

What's the Future of the Neighborhood?

Try to imagine what the neighborhood will look like in 10 years. Will you still want to live there, or do you expect to move before then? Will it be desirable to future buyers?

Once you've prioritized all your neighborhood amenities and features, you'll find it's much easier to focus your home search. Remember, the neighborhood is usually as important to the value of a home as what's under its roof.

Mr. Mock,

I'm interested in purchasing a family home in Aiken, relocating from CT. I'm looking for real estate market information such as the below for Aiken and the Aiken Rural areas. Can you assist per chance please in pointing me where to get it, etc?

Single Families

  • Average List Price:
  • Average Sales Price:
  • Active Listings:
  • Closed Listings in Last 6 Months:
  • Months of Inventory:

Also, I've watching the Aiken market as much as I can from 1,000 miles away (msn, realtor.com, etc.) and it appears somewhat soft. Do you have any comments on what can be expected from your local realty market in the short term (3-6 months)?

Regards,
PJC
