Did you know that South Carolina produces MORE peaches than Georgia?

Yup, it's true.  One of our peach counties is Edgefield Co.  And today is the Ridge Peach Festival!

Trenton, South Carolina.  (located between Aiken, North Augusta, and Edgefield, SC)

Are they as good as the white peaches of New Jersey? I love peaches but can't wait for our local fruit stand to put out their white peaches in August!

I don't know about the Jersey peaches, Veronica ....you need to ask my friend Kara - she is originally from Jersey.   All I can tell you is that they are delicious :)

Thanks for the comments
